After the Patriots beat the Dolphins on Sunday, Mike Pouncey of the Dolphins was served a subpoena in the stadium involving the Aaron Hernandez case. Pouncey was once photographed wearing a hat that read 'Free Hernandez.'

Former Patriots tight end Hernandez was indicted in August for murder. Hernandez and Pouncey were old college buddies according toBoston Herald. Massachusetts State Police gave Pouncey his subpoena about a half hour after the game.

"Organizationally, we do not have a comment," Dolphins spokesman Harvey Greene said. "And Mike Pouncey does not have a comment."

ESPN reports that Puncey's twin brother Maurkice was also in the picture with Mike also wearing a 'Free Hernandez' hat. Maurkice, who is a center for the Pittsburgh Steelers, apologized for wearing the hat whil his brother had no comment for that one either.

“I’m just here to focus on football,” Mike Pouncey said in July, when asked about the incident.

Police see Pouncey as a witness who could potentially help with the Hernandez case.
