Former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss has been arrested for driving under the influence of marijuana. She was pulled over in Nevada around 3:30am and cops found 4 ounces of the drug on her as well as $10,000 in cash.
Fleiss was arrested and booked for DUI, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, and driving without a license or insurance on her 2010 Toyota Cruiser. After she failed a field sobriety test it was determined she was driving while high.
According to TMZ, cops previously recovered 400 marijuana plants on her Pahrump, Nevada property. She’s due in court on Wednesday for that case.
Nye County Sheriff’s Department says Fleiss, 47, was bailed out of jail on Tuesday, The AP reports.
Fleiss’ legal troubles are nothing new to her. She was arrested back in 1993 and served 20 months behind bars in California for running a high-profile prostitution ring in Los Angeles.
In 2009, she appeared on Dr. Drew’s Celebrity Rehab and got help for her addiction issues.
