Mark-Paul Gosselaar and his wife Catriona McGinn have welcomed a brand new addition to their family. McGinn gave birth to a baby boy Dekker Edward Gosselaar in Los Angeles on Sept. 30.
The former Saved by the Bell star and current Franklin& Bash actor gushed about his son, saying “We are overjoyed with the new addition to our family. We are madly in love with our little boy,”
Gosselaar, 39, also told People, ”He is healthy and just perfect — all we could ask for.”
This marks the third child for Gosselaar and the first with his wife, advertising executive McGinn. He has Ava Lorenn, 7, and Michael Charles, 9½, already.
“We’ve always wanted a big family,” he said. “The kids are looking forward to a little sibling, and are asking a lot of funny questions right now.”
Gosselaar and McGinn tied the knot in July of last year and announced just eight months later that they were expecting their first child together.
