George Clooney played basketball with Sandra Bullock's son Louis while they were filming Gravity.

Clooney told People, "Louis and I played basketball together." He said, "There was [director] Alfonso [Cuaron] and Rande Gerber, and Louis would gravitate towards me and the guys and hang with us."

The 52-year-old actor joked, "It was fun, but I wish Sandy would stop telling the story, because it's totally ruining my reputation!"

The Up in the Air star talked about how they've been friends for over 20 years and he was excited to work with her for Gravity. He also complimented her on taking the exhaustingly physical role in their space film.

"She's an incredible actress and gives a powerful performance. I really had a much easier time than Sandy did. She worked twice as long as I did. She should be proud."

It probably shouldn't be a surprise that Clooney played ball with Louis, since the actor is a big basketball fan and she had the film set made safe for her son before signing on.

As previously reported, the actress had producer David Heyman make the set safe and fun for her 3-year-old son.

Heyman did an excellent job, saying she didn't have to worry about him while filming knowing "everything was bumper guarded."
