Jessica Simpson is a spokesperson for Weight Watchers again once after giving birth to her second child, Ace. She found out she was pregnant with her son soon after giving birth to her first child, Maxwell, and losing 70 pounds.

In an interview with the Tumblr blog MomFeeds, the singer turned fashion designer talked about gaining a lot more weight than she thought she would with Maxwell. She also talks about relying on a close-knit group of friends to shed the baby weight now that Ace is 3 months old.

“With a toddler on the run and an infant to look after," she said. "I knew I needed a plan that's simple and fits into my life, along with the support that's so important to my success. I know Weight Watchers works, so I got on the plan again."

Simpson acknowledged she’s photographed a lot more after first having Ace than she was when she first gave birth to Maxwell. She said she simply “more confident” this time.

"I'm a lot more confident this time around. With Maxwell I didn't think about the weight I was gaining, and the first time I stepped on a scale and looked at the number...I mean, that wasn't a number I had ever even considered...and I was faced with a pretty serious truth,” she explained. “But since I had already done Weight Watchers, I didn't put on as much weight with Ace and I just know a lot more now."

Us Weekly notes Simpson gushed about her fiancé, Eric Johnson, saying he’s a hands-on father and he’s very supportive.

“He loves me and always makes me feel beautiful...so he's awesome,” she said.
