Joan Rivers is known for her blunt and often harsh honesty. It's no wonder fans got suspicious when a not only non-scathing, but congratulatory remark was tweeted from Rivers' Twitter account regarding the recent engagement of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.
Our E! family is thrilled about Kim's engagement. She's a lovely girl, a hard worker and we wish her the best. Watch @ENews tonight for more

Rivers confirmed in a later tweet that yes, she is genuinely happy for the couple, and no, her account was not hacked.
NO-my account wasn't hacked! I'm truly thrilled for @KimKardashian and I wish her the very best. Can’t I send a nice tweet once in a while?

Maybe the public judges Rivers too harshly. The Fashion Police hostess isn't afraid to be bold and honest, that's for sure, but not all her comments are so negative. It's not balanced 50/50, but for every four or five "Loved following the Sinead O’Connor/Miley Cyrus Twitter war. I was just surprised it wasn't over whose hair is worse," or "Lolo Jones is eating 9,000 calories per day to prepare to bobsled in the next Olympics. Who are her teammates, Precious and Adele?" type comments, there's a compliment or congratulations.
You have to hand it to her though, Joan Rivers is the queen of clever quips, whether or not they're particularly offensive. One of River's most recent tweets is sure to inspire chuckles.
Jay-Z says his daughter, Blue Ivy, loves his music. Her favorite song is his version of “The Wheels on the Motherf#ckin’ Bus.”
