Justin Bieber will not be charged for an incident with his neighbor where he allegedly spit at them, or the claims that started everything.

Prosecutors decided not to press charges for the incident where a neighbor and Bieber got into a heated conversation, where the singer was accused of reckless driving near his home, E! News reports.

Deputy District Attorney Alan Yochelson felt that the pop star's response of spitting in the direction of his neighbor "seems disproportionate and immature," but there wasn't enough evidence to show what he did was criminal.

According to The Associated Press there also wasn't enough evidence to prove that Bieber was at fault for any reckless driving. There was video evidence that it was his Ferrari used, but not that Bieber was driving.

Bieber recently made headlines for less obnoxious reasons. He was witnessed being carried by his bodyguards while visiting the Great Wall of China. Though he was carried, the singer was still willing to stop and pose with fans for pictures.
