Ke$ha’s trainer is spilling details on how the method the singer has been using to work out her body.

According to the Daily Mail, the 26-year-old has been taking to Instagram to show off her new booty with some risque shots.

Now her trainer, Kit Rich, is revealing all the hard work she’s been doing to perk up her posterior.

"We've been doing a lot of circuit training and incorporating Pilates exercises with weights that heighten and shape the butt," Kit said to E! Online. "Lunges, squats, stairs and isolated glute exercises."

But Kit doesn’t have the “We R Who We R” singer do just regular lunges, she adds a twist by having her lunge up the stairs. "You skip a step and kick the other leg back," Kit says.

She also uses weights during the workout. “On hands and knees place a weight in the crease of the knee and then kick the leg up. Each leg gets about a minute of kicking," she says.

The pair make sure to have fun while they sweat it out in the gym. "She's seriously the funniest person I've ever met! She's always making jokes and even when she's tired she still shows up. She's amazing,” Kit says.

They even play Ke$ha’s music! "I play her own music while we're working out. I tell her it's the best workout music!" she says

The “Tik Tok” singer has also changed up her diet to increase those workout results and live an overall healthy life. "She eats lots of protein—she really loves salmon!— and steamed veggies and tons of water,” Kit explained.
