Kathie Lee Gifford, a good friend of the Jenner family, is weighing in on the separation between Kris and Bruce Jenner after 22 years of marriage.

The Today show host is the godmother of the couple’s two daughters; Kendall, 17, and Kylie Jenner, 16, and said their relationship had just become too much to handle.

Gifford said the Jenners were under “such unbelievable pressure” and there were “just so many things going on” on around them, Daily Mail reports.

“The last time I was at Kris’ house, if you walked through, in every different room of the house, somebody was meeting with someone about a new deal,” she said. “If it’s always about the deals, and you can’t find your husband in your house or your wife in your house, or your kids, because there’s so much going on, it’s just gotten out of control.”

Gifford went on to say she’s “worried” about how Kendall and Kylie will take all of this.

Kris’ son, Rob Kardashian, from her first marriage to the late Robert Kardashian, opened up about the split after it was announced, saying about his mom and Bruce, “I don't think they can be in a happier place right now."

He said there’s no “bad blood” and the family supports their decision.
