Lady Gaga and the Muppets are teaming up on a television special for the holidays.
E! News exclusively revealed the news that Gaga and the Muppets recently filmed the special for ABC.
This will be the second collaboration between the "Applause" singer and the Muppets. They previously worked together when Jim Henson's Creature Shop put together an outfit for her 2010 The Monster Ball tour.
ABC News is reporting that special is called Lady Gaga & the Muppets' Holiday Spectacular and will be 90 minutes long.
Lady Gaga said, "I was so excited when ABC called me about doing a holiday special this year. I knew it just wouldn't be a complete night of laughter and memories without the Muppets."
"Can't wait to see the gang again, and I hope Miss Piggy's still not made about Kermit," she joked.
The Holiday Spectacular will feature Gaga performing several of her songs, such as the Muppets joining her for "Applause." The special will also feature special guests, including Sir Elton John, RuPaul, Kristen Bell and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Some of the guests will be involved in the singing as well.
Kermit said, "What an incredible opportunity! We have a long history with Ms. Gaga, so we jumped at the chance to do a holiday special with her. We don't even mind if she mistakes some of the Muppets for pieces of her wardrobe - again."
Lady Gaga & the Muppets' Holiday Spectacular will air on Thanksgiving on ABC.
