Friends say that the loss of Cory Monteith is getting easier for Lea Michele each day. She copes by talking about him a lot, but it’s getting easier for her as time goes by.

Following Thursday’s tribute episode, sources say Michele "still misses him every day," but "it's getting a little easier.”

She has a great support system around her and her friends have been with her each step of the way.

The actress, 27, "doesn't like to be alone. Her friends have really been helping her through it,” a source told People.

It hasn’t been easy, friends acknowledge. “She really struggled," the source continued. "It was hard to get up every morning. But now, she's doing okay."

Michele, who plays Rachel Berry on Glee, also recently opened up about the loss of her on and off-screen boyfriend.

She said, “I feel like, for me personally, I’ve lost two people: Cory and Finn.”

Michele also explained that shooting the tribute episode, honoring both Monteith and his character Finn Hudson, was “therapeutic.”
