Miami Heat superstar Lebron James is not having it with new Brooklyn Nets players’ Kevin Garnett, Jason Terry and Paul Pierce.

It all started when former Boston Celtics player Ray Allen left the Celtics during free agency to sign with the Heat last year. Certain Celtics players weren’t happy with it at the time. Garnett wasn’t even talking to Allen, Pierce didn’t forgive him and Terry criticized him severely. Now James thinks the new Nets’ players are hypocrites because they criticized Allen for something that they just did this summer, which is flee from the Celtics organization. The veterans responded and now Lebron is done talking on the subject.

According to NBC Miami, James wondered why Garnett and Terry were so critical of Allen when he decided to play for Miami.

Before the preseason game against the Brooklyn Nets, Lebron told the NY Daily News “The first thing that I thought was like, wow, Ray got killed for leaving Boston and now these guys are leaving Boston. I think its OK. I don’t mind it, but there was a couple guys that basically criticized Ray for leaving and everybody else is leaving.”

He also talked about the business side of things. “That’s the nature of our business, man. I don’t know what Boston was going through at the end of the day. I know Ray had to make the best decision for him and his family and his career. Doc (Doc Rivers, former Celtics Coach, current Clippers coach), KG and Paul did that as well. You can’t criticize someone who does something’s that’s best for their family.”

Dwayne Wade also had something to say, “People say things about when they decide to do something but then people do the same thing. It’s about putting yourself in the best situation. It’s about doing what’s best for your family.”

ESPN reported that new Brooklyn Net Garnett thinks Miami should mind their own business.

“Tell Lebron to worry about Miami. It has nothing to do with Celtic business,” Garnett said in response to James.

When Paul Pierce was asked for a response, he said, “I left Boston?”

Now, after this fiasco, James will no longer put his input when it comes to matters of the Nets.

“I’m not commenting on any more teams or players,” James said before Thursday’s preseason game against the Nets. When asked about the Net’s chances of a title, he said, “I have no idea.”

Back when Allen, Pierce and Garnett played for the Celtics with Rajon Rondo, they hated James, Wade, Chris Bosh and co. It will be interesting to see this newfound rivalry between the Miami Heat and the Brooklyn Nets.
