Lindsay Lohan appears to be reaching for a bottle of wine in a new photo that has been published. Her rep denies that the actress has relapsed.
New York Daily News reports that the troubled star was at Courtenay Semel's place when she was photographed possibly reaching for a bottle of wine.
There is no picture of her picking it up or even drinking the wine, simply reaching in the direction, but any appearance of Lohan being around alcohol could hurt her. Lohan is currently filming a reality TV show for the OWN network about staying sober.
The NY Daily News notes that this comes only a week after Lohan was allegedly obnoxious while at the Sing Sing karaoke bar. There has been no proof that she's actually drinking, but she's certainly around alcohol consumption as her friends ordered Jameson Irish Whiskey while in a private booth.
Her rep and father both deny that she has relapsed, Starpulse is reporting. Her rep said that Lohan "continues to succeed in her recovery."
The rep continued, "The photo does not show Lindsay consuming any alcohol and could easily be misleading as her purse is also in the photo despite that the photos show."
"The story is ridiculous," Michael Lohan told Radar Online. "First of all, I've never known Lindsay to ever, ever, ever have a glass of wine. I've seen and I speak to Lindsay constantly and every time I do, she is of clear mind and by no means do I have any suspicion of her relapsing in any way."
