The iconic Marilyn Monroe will be part of the Washington D.C. location of Madame Tussauds, but her wax statue will be unveiled at Washington's O Street Museum in The Mansion on O on Wednesday.

Not only will the Gentlemen Prefer Blondes star be featured with a wax statue, there will also be a special section honoring her with a pin-up calendar and other photographs and advertisements she did.

The AP notes the late actress and style icon is also featured in a mural in the Woodley Park neighborhood of D.C.

Earlier this month, it was revealed in a set of physician’s notes that were auctioned off at Julien’s Auctions in Beverly Hills that Monroe had plastic surgery. The notes are from 1950-1962 and indicate she had a chin implant in 1950.

Executive director of Julien's Auction, Martin Nolan, said of the records at the time, “Nobody really thought about Marilyn Monroe having plastic surgery. It was always speculation - did she or didn't she? They thought she was such a natural beauty, they didn't want to believe."
