Owen Wilson will indeed be a father again, a representative for the actor has confirmed. The mother of the baby is Caroline Lindqvist, his personal trainer.
Lindqvist’s pregnancy was first confirmed on Wednesday, with several sites citing anonymous sources. A rep for the Wedding Crashers star told The Los Angeles Times that he is indeed going to be a father again, but would not provide any further details.
However, that’s not stopping sources from talking. According to E! News’ source, Wilson is not in a relationship with Lindqvist at the moment, but is supportive of her and the pregnancy. “They get together for dinner and see each other fairly often,” E!’s source said. “Owen has shown a desire to be involved with ultrasounds and doctor appointments. He's definitely invested in their unborn child.”
The news was first reported by Star Magazine, which claims that Wilson and Lindqvist first met in 2003. But Lindqvist married in 2004, but they stayed close, unbeknownst to her husband. E! reports that Lindqvist and her husband are going through a divorce now
Wilson, 44, is already the father of Ford, who was born in 2011. Ford’s mother is Jade Duell, who was Wilson’s girlfriend at the time.
Wilson recently appeared in The Internship and his voice will be heard in the animated film Free Birds, out on Nov. 1.
