Queen Latifah has offered a job to Marina Shifrin who left her job through her "I Quit" interpretive dance, which became viral.

Shifrin was invited onto The Queen Latifah Show as a guest when the host offered her a job, New York Daily News reports.

"I want to be surrounded by cool, creative, interesting people," Latifah told Shifrin. "And with your experience, maybe I could create a position. What if I created something called digital content producer? You think that might be something you're interested in?"

The 25-year-old wasn't sure if she could believe the TV host asking, "Are you doing a stand-up joke right now?" Then later said she was interested and went backstage to talk about it.

As previously reported, Shifrin quit her job at a web video company in a video.

The video shows Shifrin dancing around the company's office at night, while subtitles roll across the bottom of the screen saying, "For almost two years I've sacrificed my relationships, time and energy for this job. And my boss only cares about quantity and how many views each video gets. So I figured I'd make ONE video of my own."

The video ends with the words "I Quit!"
