The perfume company Adrenalina, Inc. is suing Selena Gomez for over $1 million in a lawsuit saying she bailed on an endorsement deal.
According to TMZ, Gomez was supposed to be the face of the perfume line, but then she backed out suddenly. The company now claims that by doing so, she violated her contract with them.
Gomez in turn is counter-suing Adrenalina, saying that the only reason she decided not to endorse the line was because the company couldn't afford to produce the perfume, reports Celebrity-Gossip. Not wanting to be affiliated with a broke company, she walked away.
Sources close to the “Come & Get It” singer say that now she is tired of the lawsuit, and will give up the full amount of money just to end the whole thing. She's tryin gto focus on other things, like her singing and her new Adidas shoe line, NEO Selena Gomez Collection.
However, TMZ reports that there may be another, new aspect to the lawsuit now that may require the star to pay even more.
