Bruce and Kris Jenner’s separation was mocked on Saturday Night Live this past weekend, with Seth Meyers and Cicely Strong making a series of jokes about it during their Weekend Update segment.
The comedians took jabs at the Keeping Up with the Kardashians couple after they announced last week they were splitting after 22 years of marriage.
“Bruce and Kris Jenner confirmed this week that after 22 years of marriage they're getting divorced," Meyers said, Us Weekly reports. "And if those two can't make it . . . that makes perfect sense."
Strong followed up with some more jokes, saying “No word yet on who gets to keep the haircut” and “'It's sad, but I'm excited to start my new life as a single, middle-aged woman,' said Bruce."
Meyers quipped, “They’ve decided to start looking like other people."
The couple, who have two children together, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, said in a statement last week “Even though we are separated, we will always remain best friends and, as always, our family will remain our number one priority.”
