Lane Kiffin was fired as head coach of the USC Trojans college football team after an embarrassing loss to Arizona State on Saturday. West Coast legend Snoop Dogg has a son who is a junior in high school and he felt that this firing was long overdue.
Perez Hilton the defeated Trojans boarded their plane and headed back to El Lay. As the team jumped on their bus at LAX, Kiffin was pulled to the side and fired on the spot. The team didn’t even allow him to catch a ride back home with the team.
Out of many USC fans that felt this was bound to happen was high school junior wide receiver Cordell Broadus who is best known as Snoop Dogg’s youngest son. Cordell is a top 10 wide receiver recruit for the 2015 class and is rated 4 stars.
In his interview with 247Sports Broadus has been wondering why it took forever for Southern California to get rid of Lane Kiffin.
“I feel that he should have been fired a while ago and USC is going to raise the bar now because the new coaching staff next year and I’m anxious to see what they are going to look like,” He said.
According to SI tracking the 6-2, 185 pound 16 year old received an offer from USC in April.
This firing could be a huge factor in which school Cordell will choose, being that USC is one of his prospect schools. The whole Southern California would love to have Snoop Dogg cheering them on in the stadiums.
