Disney star Tiffany Thornton is expecting her second child with husband Christopher Carney. The So Random! star revealed the news with a photo on her WhoSay account Friday.
The picture shows Thornton in a black sweater and jeans surrounded by friends. The caption reads, “Guess what?! Hint: why am I holding my stomach?”
After an outpouring of congratulations from fans, the 27-year-old actress later confirmed the news on Twitter. She posted, “Thanks so much for all the congrats :). Chris and I are so excited to announce that KJ is going to be a big brother!!! What a blessing.”
Thornton and Carney wed in November of 2011. According to E! Online, Demi Lovato was one of Thornton’s bridesmaids and caught the bouquet at the reception. The two met and became friends while staring together on the Disney show Sonny with a Chance.
The couple welcomed their first son Kenneth James, KJ, in August of 2012.
