Halloween is fast approaching us, and while making a list of the very best horror films would be an exceedingly challenging list, I've decided to compile a list of the best horror films of the last decade, give or take a few years.
Since the early 2000s, the big screen has been graced with some very good, quality horror films, but they were overrun by all the garbage ones that still pollute the screens. So I've done the hard work for you and have compiled a list of the 10 best horror films of the last decade or so.

10) Sinister (2012)
Sinister is an unnerving exercise in terror. Although the characters are weak, the story is fresh and original. Sinister is violent and is a chilling allegory that evil sometimes does win.
