For all those who believe in magic, last nights return of Once Upon A Time couldn't come soon enough. After a pull of the heart strings, with the kidnapping of Henry Mills (Jared Gilmore) in the season finale, fans were left to wonder if the Evil Queen could work along side Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin), Prince Charming (Josh Dallas), Emma (Jennifer Morrison), Hook (Colin O'Donoghue) and The Dark One (Robert Carlyle). The last sights of the feuding group took the Jolly Roger down the port to Neverland, a place of nightmares and Peter Pan - a much different from the cheery boy we all hold dear.

After years of separation and a two-faced fiance in the way, Emma and Neal admitted they still love each other just before Neal (thought to be dead) fell through a portal. The characters of the enchanted forest – Princess Aurora, Prince Phillip, Mulan and Robin Hood – are brought back to spotlight to save Neal and help reunite true love.

With the lost boys hot on his trail, Henry shows his true belief when he is able to fly with pixie dust. Faith in a safe return home for Henry is bestowed in all the viewers' hearts.

The Dark One sets out to use his magic for good rather than evil.

With a plea to go back to their home, Greg's shadow is taken, along with his life, as Tamara is shot with an arrow. Henry, luckily, escapes.

The Evil Queen has magic, Snow White and Prince Charming have the best fighting skills, and Hook is a pirate (what more needs to be said) but Emma is what? Emma takes control in the last minutes of the season premiere to show her leadership and to announce she is not afraid to eliminate whoever steps in her way.

Mr. Gold arrives to the island to first encounter Tamara, but it is his conversation with the head-lost boy that we learn that being The Dark One is not more important than saving his grandson. The popular character sits on the fence between his ego as Mr. Gold and his true-self of Rumpelstiltskin.
