In the third episode on this season of Scandal, Olivia has a new client that is trying to clear her son's name. He was killed by FBI agents because he was suspected of being a terrorist. Unfortunately, her new client, Mary decides to take matters into her own hands by strapping a bomb to her chest and she goes to the nation's capital to demand answers from a congressman. Olivia is thrown in the middle of it, while trying to negotiate with the government to release the secret file that contains the truth about Mary's son.
