Tori Spelling is revealing in her new book Spelling It Like It Is that she lost the baby weight she gained from her fourth child, Finn, by just not eating.

Although she told Us Weekly she lost the weight from a combination of exercising and eating healthy, she wrote that her publicist basically told her what to say.

“My publicist had given me clear instructions about what to say about my weight loss,” she wrote in the book, RadarOnline reports. “Women didn’t want to know that I had lost weight through dieting, not exercising. … So I said that I swam,” even though “I can’t do much more than a doggy paddle.”

Spelling also admitted, “I really don't exercise much, period. So I took off my weight the old-fashioned way. I like to call it the Just Keep Your F--king Mouth Shut and Eat Air diet. It's all the rage."

Us Weekly reports one of the lies she told was saying her family is a “foodie family” and could never give up eating.

"We call ourselves the foodie family -- we love food! Dean [McDermott] is a cook, so even after my pregnancy, he would try new recipes and we'd have these fabulous gourmet meals. That was a hard thing to break,” she said.
