NBC won Monday night thanks to The Voice and The Blacklist, though both were down slightly from last week.

The Voice finished off its blind auditions and grabbed 14.3 million viewers, with a rating of 4.5 in the 18-49 key demographics, Los Angeles Times reports. The demo dropped a slight 4 percent from the previous week.

Blacklist continued to remain fairly steady in the ratings, bring in 11.3 million and a 3.2 rating, which is good for only a 3 percent drop from the last episode. DVR could increase its numbers even more. Thanks to the two shows, NBC won the night with a 4.1 rating.

Fox saw its shows experience a sharper drop, The Hollywood Reporter notes. Sleepy Hollow dropped 10 percent to a 2.7 rating, while its lead-in Bones was down to a 2.0. Fox averaged a 2.3 rating and 7.4 million viewers for the evening.

ABC came in second for the night thanks to Dancing With the Stars and Castle. DWtS was up slightly to a 2.1 rating, while Nathan Fillion's show dipped slightly to a 2.1. The network averaged 12.3 million viewers and a 2.1.

CBS brought up the rear, averaging only 6.2 million viewers and a 1.9 rating for Monday. How I Met Your Mother remained strong at a 2.9 rating, dropping only two-tenths from the previous week. We Are Men followed the same loss, but averages only a 1.8 rating. Two Broke Girls fell to a new low with a 2.2 rating. Hostages continued the slight ratings decrease, going down to a 1.2 rating.

The CW averaged 1.2 million viewers and 0.4 rating for the night with its shows Hart of Dixie and Beauty and the Beast.
