This week on “Undercover Boss”, we visit the Menchie’s yogurt franchise. Viewers follow C.E.O and co-owner of the franchise Amit Kleinberger, a former Israeli defense force commander. Kleinberger came to America with a few thousand dollars and a dream, after being injured by a terrorist group while serving as commander.

Kleinberger’s first stop on the four-store shadow was Settle, WA. There he shadowed Dylan the store’s Shift Leader. He is not going as himself of course, he is now Alan an aspiring entrepreneur.

Dylan really shows Allan the ropes. He tells Allan things have to be speedy, and cleanly to ensure the customers satisfaction. Allan was very stiff at first but later he would get the hang of things.

Later we find out that Dylan wants to be a dental hygienist, but cost of living, taking care of his daughter, and paying for school as of right now his hindering him from pursuing his dream.

After leaving Dylan in Settle, we head over to shadow shift leader Drew. Drew is a character, she feels pretty people shouldn’t have to work. She also gives Allan the nick name Jeeves.

Drew tells Allan that they work a lot with fresh fruit and is suppose to show Allan how to skin a mango. Instead she makes him do it and continues to call him Jeeves.

Drew hates all the questions Allan asked, and their experience together was not a pleasant one.

Later, Allan heads to the EL Paso store were we meet Jennifer the stores bubbly team member. This particular franchise is the top performing store and Kleinberger wants to see why so he can have such great performance in other stores.

The store has a party and Allan was thrown into the atmosphere of fun. He learned to blow up balloons, dressed up, and danced with the little girls during the party. Jennifer noticed that Allan was really stiff but things worked out to be fun and the little girls enjoyed themselves.

In there downtime we find that Jennifer use to be a rebellious kid. Not only was she rebellious but also she missed out on a lot of time with her father because he was serving our country. Now she has to be mature and grow up to ensure her parents she’s changing. Her goal is to be a 1st grade teacher.

Allan’s last stop was to the farm where they produce all the milk the goes into the yogurt. Allan works with Francisco the farm’s herdsman. The two deal with milking cows and even helping birth a calf. Francisco allows Allan to name the cow, and he names the calf Allan.

Francisco surely shows the C.E.O that he is an asset of the company, but his hard work keeps him away from his family.

At the shows closing all four employees find that Allan is really the C.E.O of the company they work for. They all have inspired him and most of them positively influenced his experience. Kleinberger gave Drew another chance to change her act, and gave Dylan a new car, and money for school. Jennifer also was given money for school and a job at the store near the school she plans to attend. Family vacations were given and everyone left this experience renewed and happy.
