When Han comes into the diner with an iPad mini, the waitresses make fun of him as usual.

“Han has a mini iPad? We can’t even afford a Maxi pad!” exclaims Caroline.

Han announces that his mother from Korea is coming to visit him. From Han’s horrified, yet comical expression, it doesn’t seem Han looks too keen on the visit.

Han reveals to Caroline and Max that he told his mother that he had a girlfriend, so did Han just catfished his own mother? Han also sent photos of his “girlfriend” to his mother.

The only problem? The girlfriend happens to be a prostitute, which was not obvious to Han from her website.

Caroline suggests Han find the prostitute and hire her to be his girlfriend, but Han beat her to the punch. Han explains that the bouncer won’t allow him in and asked that he wait behind the ropes before his mother get out of work.

The diner owner talks Caroline and Max into going to the strip club to ask the prostitute if she would be willing to pretend to be Han’s girlfriend.

At the strip club, as Caroline and Max wait for “Sapphire,” Caroline takes the liberty to freshen up the place with disinfectant wipes.

When Sapphire shows up, she offers her services that Caroline declines, but Max has the notion that if they were spending Han’s money anyway, might as well take advantage of the services.

Sapphire clarifies that there are cameras and if she’s not seen dancing, she’ll get fired and if that’s the case, she’ll be back to waiting tables, and she doesn’t want to sink that low. Cut to Caroline and Max’s smirks.

Before the stripper turns off the lights, Caroline says to Max that she thinks she got all the stains. However, when the lights go out, the stains are as visible as ever.

Caroline and Max asks Sapphire if she would do the honors of becoming Han’s girlfriend, and Sapphire agrees for the girlfriend experience package.

Over at the diner, Han tries to prep everyone before his mother arrives. Caroline and Max wonder what Han’s mother looks like, yet before they know it, she traipses in in a blue and white crew neck sweater just like his son’s and sporting a strange bowl cut. Let’s not mention the stature.

While Mrs. Lee looks to be impressed by Caroline’s Korean, she is less than impressed by Max’s revealing assets. Han’s mother makes the most disapproving expression at the very sight of Max.

Han asks that Caroline and Max brief Sapphire before she meets his mother for dinner and reminds the ladies that they still owe him for the free rent on the cupcake shop.

Caroline thinks it’s more than enough given what they saw at the strip club. Nevertheless, Caroline and Max agree once again to help Han by schooling June (a.k.a. Sapphire) on what has Han told his mother. Then again, June thinks she can definitely wing it.

As Han’s mother, Caroline, and Max wait for Han to come with his girlfriend, Han’s mother praises about June. With the arrival of Han and June, it looks like June isn’t exactly the perfect girlfriend as described by Han.
