The outspoken X Factor judges are commenting on this week’s voting glitch.
According to Rolling Stone, the contestants were given a second chance to perform live due to a technical glitch. It turns out the all of the votes on Wednesday night’s show were thrown out due to graphics with the incorrect phone numbers.
E! Online Fox decided to give the top 13 acts a redo and allowed them to perform on Thursday night so that the voting could be done properly.
Now, judges Simon Cowell, Kelly Rowland, and Demi Lovato are speaking out about the voting glitch.
Cowell shared his thoughts saying, “Rion [Paige] was amazing. She stole the show for me.” He continued by sharing his ranking of the acts saying, “I think if it was the final tonight, [Rion] would have won, ALex and Sierra second and Ellona Third. But [Rion] was incredible. That’s what I like. I like putting people under pressure and seeing how they react and she was incredible.”
Rowland thought the second chance was good for some of the acts. “I feel like a lot of them who actually probably didn’t have the best performance [Wednesday] night came in and knew that and said, ‘Oh I want to stay.’ I liked the fighting I saw tonight.”
Lovato was proud of her acts and was even inspired to come up with a name for Simon Cowell’s baby. “I think it would be a really smart decision on his side to pick Demi because its the best name for any child pretty much,” she joked.
