Congrats go out to Adam Levine on being crowned as the "2013 Sexiest Man Alive," by People magazine.

After all the rumored buzzed these past weeks about the pop superstar, the news finally hit Twitter Tuesday evening, after host Carson Daly held up a hard copy of Levine's People cover. "A lot of speculation, your name has come up recently. Is he the guy? Are you the man?" Daly said. "And I have it on good authority now and I hate to do it live but yes.... you are People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive. It is confirmed tonight on The Voice."

Later that evening, People magazine took to their Instagram and posted a picture of Levine quoting, "A map of #sexiestmanalive Adam Levine's tats is nice, but it's also a great excuse to see him shirtless."

According to USA Today , the pop singer, was very much humbled and honored to be awarded this title. "As a musician, you have fantasies that you want to win Grammys, but I didn't really think that this was on the table," Levine said. "I was just amazed and stunned and it almost seemed like they were kidding, but they weren't, so that's cool.

It's been a great year for Levine. The 34-year-old LA native toured with his band Maroon 5 and got engaged to model Behati Prinsloo. "I didn't think marriage was for me for a long time," Levine said in the interview. "I was ready when I was ready. That's about as simple as it could possibly be."

And that's not all, The Voice coach, had all three of his members advance to next's week top 8 live performances on tonight's episode of The Voice . Congrats on that too!

The magazine is set to hit newsstands Nov. 22.
