Genevieve Sabourin, the woman accused of stalking and harassing Oscar-nominated actor Alec Baldwin, was sentenced to 30 days in jail after a judge found her contempt of court.

Sabourn was back in court on Wednesday following a dramatic day of testimony on Tuesday. Baldwin and his wife, Hilaria, were there to give their side with Sabourin calling them liars as they stood the stand.

According to TMZ, Sabourin continually interrupted her own attorneys as they tried to prove their client’s innocence. She claimed she should be able to speak out when other people are talking because she has trouble understanding the language – she’s French-Canadian.

As we previously reported, the former 30 Rock star claims Sabourin repeatedly stalked and harassed him at both his NYC and Hamptons homes, denying he ever had a romantic relationship with her.

Sabourin claims she just wanted “closure” from a sexual relationship they had, and claims they’re email correspondence went both ways.
