There were so many shocking, terrifying, wonderful moments and twists in episode 7 of -- sometimes even all three in one! Here are the top 5 moments that left an impact:

5. Cordelia (Sarah Paulson) is on a mission to kill her mother, Fiona!
After learning the haunting truth that Fiona did indeed kill Madison, Delia is planning her revenge in the sneakiest way possible. First, she's recruited Zoe (Taissa Farmiga) to help out. Alluding to the fact that Zoe very well may be the next Supreme, Delia tells her that when Fiona is around she is not to show an ounce of strength. Sounds like Fiona has quite the sneak attack coming!

4. Love triangle? More like threesome!
In the very beginning of the episode, Zoe is planning to end Kyle's (Evan Peters) life since he's been well, sort of an annoyance. However, she can't bring herself to pull the trigger. She later teaches him to say "food" and "bed" for basic commands, but he ends up getting angry. Zoe leaves him with Madison (Emma Roberts), who made it apparent at the beginning of the episode that she is unable to feel emotion, more so pain. But when she talks to Kyle, she is able to let it all out, and there is so clearly an emotionally connection -- I think those were even tears in Madison's eyes. Zoe later walks in on Madison and Kyle (Myle? Kydison?) having sex and she is so obviously jealous.

Not for long! Madison catches Zoe mid-shower, suggesting that they can "share him." She leads her over to the bed, and Madison and Kyle both extend their hands towards her, which she slowly accepts. Her towel drops. Yay for Madi-ky-zoe!

3. Spalding gets his tongue back and is killed moments after
How nice it was to hear Spalding (Denis O'Hare) actually speak! Unfortunately, it wasn't for too long, as Zoe stabbed him in the chest after she got the information she needed, or more so confirmation that Fiona killed Madison. First, Zoe found Spalding's tongue kept grossly restored, and then she did a spell to put his tongue back in place -- so he could tell the truth and rat his one true love out (of course he had no choice because he was under Myrtle's spell).

2. Queenie turns on LaLaurie in the evilest of fashions
Just as we thought Queenie (Gabourey Sidibe) and LaLaurie (Katy Bates) were getting all buddy buddy - what true friends don't eat fast food together at 3am? - Queenie decides to hand her slave over to Marie Laveau (Angela Basset)! Queenie was even offered to perform the first cut of her skin. And in a scene that mirrored the very beginning, Marie is now rubbing LaLaurie's blood on her face to preserve her youth. How's that for twisted?

1. Axeman's Preverted Twist
If you were like me and were wondering just when the axeman was going to bring out the old ax and chop Fiona (my guess was as soon as the jazz music went on), you were shocked to find out that he never intended to! In a plot twist I didn't see coming, axeman revealed that he has been spying on Fiona her whole life! At first, he viewed her as a daughter he never had and protected her from being picked on, but as she grew into the beautiful woman she is, he started watching her more and more and developed feelings for her. Creepy. But after all, it is American Horror Story.
