It seems that San Francisco’s own Batkid has not only earned fans in his own city, but also of the many famous actors who have also played the part of Gotham’s caped crusader.
5-year-old Miles Scott, who is currently in remission after fighting leukemia since he was a year and a half old, captured our hearts earlier this week when he dressed up as the Batkid and fought some of Batman’s most popular enemies, such as The Riddler and The Penguin. For one day, San Francisco was turned into Gotham City with the help of the Make-A-Wish foundation along with thousands of volunteers to make the Batkid’s dream come true.
It seems that some of the actors who have also gotten to play Batman heard about the Batkid’s day in Gotham and offered their praises to the young hero.
When asked about the Batkid, actor Christian Bale, who played Batman in Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy, was ecstatic.
"Wasn't that fantastic?" an excited Bale told Vulture in an interview. "I looked on the news and I saw this headline and thought, 'What's that?' And I saw all the pictures of him running around and saving people. It's so touching."
“This little kid, oh my God — what a wonderful day for the little fella!” Bale went on to say. “It's just fantastic, seeing all those people who were out there to support it."
Bale wasn’t the only Batman to get in on the Batkid appreciation. The newest Batman, Ben Affleck, who will be starring in Batman vs. Superman, gave his highest praises to the young hero, saying that he was the “best Batman ever.”

Even Adam West, who played the character on TV in the 1960s, added his own comments about the Batkid.
What a wonderful thing. Relieved that Gotham is safe again thanks to Miles. #SFBatkid #makeawish... http://t.co/xxX4WQSnfy

TMZ asked Michael Keaton about the Batkid as well, and the former Batman actor seemed thrilled about Miles’s day, even though he admitted he hadn’t really read about him yet. Keaton said that he thought the Batkid was “the cutest thing in the world.”
"It's so cool,” he went on to say. “Let's not talk about Batman, let's talk about the kid. That's such a cool thing. That's such a cool idea."
The Batkid has been given the thumbs up from the best Batman actors in Hollywood. Not bad for the young caped crusader and the Make-A-Wish foundation!
