NBA athlete, Amar'e Stoudemire, turns 31 today. After college, he was drafted by the Phoenix Suns right after his high school career, and is currently playing for the New York Knicks. This Florida born basketball player received great accolades since he started playing at 14-years-old. In high school, Stoudemire was named the MVP of the competitive Nike Summer League, Rookie of the Year in 2003, and is a 6-time NBA all-star.

Actress, Maggie Gyllenhaal, turns 36 today. Gyllenhaal gained recognition after staring alongside her brother, Jake Gyllenhaal, in the film Donnie Darko. She received an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress nomination in 2009 for her role in Crazy Heart. She also appeared in films like Mona Lisa Smile, The Dark Knight, and Monster House. She most recently played Carol Finnerty in White House Down alongside Channing Tatum and Jame Foxx. She will star in an 8-part miniseries entitled The Honourable Woman, set to air in 2014 on the Sundance Channel.

Siva Kaneswaran, 25
Singer, Siva Kaneswaran, turns 25 today. He grew up in Dublin, and has a twin brother, as well as six other siblings. Kaneswaran started modeling at the age of 16, and was then discovered and recruited as a member of the band The Wanted.
Although the group formed in 2009, they didn't achieve US success until 2012 with their single "Glad You Came." The group also had their own reality show that aired on E! entitled The Wanted Life in 2013. It chronicled their story as they prepare for a third album and their first wold tour.
