Chris Brown has just gotten out of rehab and now he's being sent back.

Chris Brown and his lawyer Mark Geragos showed up in court today and Superior Court Judge James Brandlin decided to send him back after reading a report that Brown was actually kicked out of anger management rehab for throwing a rock through his mother's car window.

Brandlin is the same judge who is overseeing Brown's probation progress for the 2009 Rihanna assault case.

Brown also must also perform 24 hours of community labor a week and he must submit to drug testing.

Chris Brown voluntarily went to rehab, after his arrest in Washington DC, back in October.
When he was released in November, it was believed that he left early but TMZ reports that he was kicked out.

According to the letter from the rehab facility, Brown threw a rock through his mother's car window on November 10, after she suggested that he should stay in the facility a while longer. The incident violated a contract that says he must refrain from violence while at the facility.

Brown still has to appear in court on Monday for the incident in Washington DC, and if he is found guilty, he may have to serve time in jail due to violating probation.
