Dancing with the Stars professional dancer Derek Hough assured fans Sunday that his back is feeling better and that he will definitely perform on Monday night's show.

US Weekly reported last week that Hough was suffering from a severly injured back, and almost wasn't cleared to perform. However, he worked through his pain and took on the Paso Doble with his partner, Glee star Amber Riley. They earned a score of 29 from the judges.

This week, Hough confirmed that his back is feeling much better. He wrote on his blog on TV Guide, “All is well. It was touch-and-go for a while on Monday, but I felt better as we got closer to showtime. I had to rest it for a few days and Amber had to see her doctor about her knee, so we didn't start rehearsals until Thursday.”

Hough also revealed a sneak peek of this week's performance, saying that him and Amber will dance to Cher's “If I Can Turn Back Time” with a rumba. He also said this will be a good week for the partnership to rest, as the rumba is slower and won't hurt their injuries as much.

However, the professional dancer was a little nervous about the choreography this week, claiming that it will be tough to set a rumba to the chosen song. He joked, “Since it's Cher week, our song is "If I Can Turn Back Time." How do you rumba to that?! If you know, tell me! I watched the music video a few times with her on that Navy ship. What if we wear that fishnet bodysuit get-up? I'm joking! (Maybe.)”
