Denise Richard told the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services that she refuses to care for Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen's twins Bob and Max.
Sources told TMZ that Richards wrote a letter about the kids' insanely poor behavior to DCFS. She also reportedly lays all the blame at Mueller's feet.
The letter details how the twins torture her pets after going into a "zombie-like state." The twins kick her dogs in the head, try to strangle them as well as squeeze their hands around the dogs' heads as they whimper in pain.
The sociopathic behavior is not limited to just being towards animals either. Her three daughters are also often mistreated by the two boys. The twins have been physically abused and one daughter even had to visit the doctor after one boy chucked a toy at her head.
The bad behavior continues at Bob and Max's school where they have caused problems there for other kids.
Richards blames Mueller, saying the twins come back and have nightmares about going to Mueller's home. Pediatricians have recommended that the boys see counseling, but Mueller refuses to let that happen.
Richards was granted temporary custody of Bob and Max back in May. Mueller kept struggling to get clean from her substance abuse issues, but couldn't, so she lost custody.
Mueller also requested a temporary restraining order against Sheen on Monday. The request came after Sheen publicly commented on her poor parenting skills, calling it a "horror show." The judge denied the request.
