Former The Hills and reality star Whitney Port is engaged to Tim Rosenman. Rosenman served as an associate producer on her spin-off show The City.
The couple started dating last year after the fashion designer’s split from another MTV star, The Buried Life”s Ben Nemetin.
Her rep confirmed the engagement news to People and MTV News.
The City ended in 2010 after two seasons. She told MTV back in 2009 that she didn’t regret showing her dating life on television.
"I think it was a really big learning experience for me. I didn't really realize or think about how crazy getting in a deep relationship on camera was going to be and what the outcome was and how it was going to affect me," she said. "At first, I was really upset that I allowed that to happen, and at the same time you kind of have to go with the flow with those kinds of things."
Port follows in her former co-star, Lauren Conrad’s footsteps in getting engaged. Conrad became engaged to her boyfriend William Tell last month.
