The mother of photographer Chris Guerra is now saying that she believes another car in Justin Bieber’s entourage hit her son a second time, causing his death last Jaunuary. Freelance photographer Chris Guerra was on the side of the road snapping photos when Justin Bieber’s Ferrari was pulled over for speeding. Bieber himself was not in the car but his friend Lil Twist was driving. Police advised Guerra to move away and he was hit as he crossed the street by not one but two cars.
Now TMZ has learned that the second driver is wanted for felony hit-and-run and that the car fits the descrption of a SUV in Bieber’s entourage. Law enforcement agents have told TMZ that forensic evidence and surveillance footage suggest that the second automobile was a high profile SUV that was either a range rover or a hummer.
Chris Guerra’s mother, Vickie has stated that she believes the second car could have been part of Bieber’s entourage and would like to see the survelliance footage. Police denied her request because the accident is still under investigation.
New Jersey News Day is recapping the events of last year. The first car to hit Guerra was driven by a 69 year old woman who stopped and cooperated with police. She is not facing any charges.
