Kim Kardashian and Kanye West find themselves in the spotlight once again, this time over their recent engagement video. West and Kardashian are accusing a YouTube co-founder of illegally publishing video of their engagement party. West and Kardashian say that the co-founder published the video in order to boost his new website.

According to CNN, the lawsuit was flied Thursday and the superstar couple blames Chad Hurley for allegedly filming the proposal without the couples knowledge.

The suit claimed that Hurley “finagled entry” into the party that West threw for Kardashian, even though on “several dozen people” were invited.

The two-and-a-half minute clip was posted to the website, MixBit and was tweeted to the followers of the sites, added New York Daily News. The lawsuit goes on to say that Hurley turned a private event into one starring himself, broadcasting images he knew were not his.
