In continuing his fight with fashion companies, Kanye West has told New Yorkers to stop buying Louis Vuitton products.

According to TMZ, the "Bound 2" rapper went on the 92.3 NOW radio station on Monday and issued a decree: "Everybody in New York City right now, don't buy any Louis Vuitton until after January."

He told the radio station that he wants everyone in NYC to stop buying Louis Vuitton merely to prove a point to company head Yves Carcelle. West believes he has power in the fashion world and his latest beef revolves around the fact that Carcelle refused to see him when West was in Paris.

Last week, West called out Zappos, claiming that the company had "sh*t product." He told Bret Easton Ellis during the writer's podcast that CEO Tony Hsieh was selling a bad product to consumers.

West said, "I got into this giant argument with the head of Zappos that he's trying to tell me what I need to focus on. Meanwhile, he sells all this sh*t product to everybody, his whole thing is based off of selling sh*t product."

The fashion company responded in stride by creating Zappos.com Gear Sh-t Product.
