Khloe Kardashian Odom and her husband Lamar Odom have reportedly put their Tarzana, Calif. Mansion up for sale following months of marital issues.
They paid $3.95 million for it after they got married in 2009 and they’re asking $4 million for it now, sources say.
The couple are trying to sell it secretly, as they’re doing a pocket listing, which means it won’t show up on any public listing database, TMZ reports.
Any potential buyer interested in the home must pre-qualify first. Sources say Kardashian wanted to sell it to "start fresh and move on."
Daily News notes after months apart, the couple are now starting to be seen out in public together again. Odom is reportedly doing much better with his sobriety and Kardashian is willing to reconcile if he stays sober.
They were seen at Kim Kardashian’s fiancé Kanye West’s concert together recently and he attended her mom Kris Jenner’s birthday festivities this week as well. The NBA free agent celebrated his 34th birthday on Wednesday and reportedly spent it with his wife.
