Pau Gasol knocked down two clutch free throws in the final second to help the Lakers hang on and beat the Hawks.

The Lakers blew a 21-point lead over Atlanta, which diminished into a tie ball game after a jumper by Paul Millsap with 35 second left to play. Gasol was fouled on a questionable call the next play and sent to the line where he won the game for LA.

According to ESPN Lakers coach Mike D'Antoni decided to make a change in the starting lineup by adding Xavier Henry and taking out Nick Young. Henry proved he deserved to be in that lineup leading the Lakers with 18 points as Nick Young did his job off the bench scoring 13.

Gasol's game-winning foul shots were two of 16 on the game as he also added 13 rebounds for a double-double. Steve Nash helped out with 13.

LA Times reports that D'Antoni played 11 Lakers in the game. He still seems to be working out his rotation with the young talent he has on the roster. Out of the 11 who play eight had at least one there-pointer.
