Lamar Odom has avoided criminal charges in his fight with a paparazzo back in July. The NBA free agent attended an informal meeting with the L.A. City Attorney's office on Monday in regards to the incident.
Odom won’t be facing charges from the city of Los Angeles, but spokesperson Frank Mateljan told E! News Khloe Kardashian’s husband was “admonished” for what happened, and the City Attorney "advised him on how to go forward."
The paparazzo involved in the July 10 spat, Stefan Saad, had a similar meeting on Oct. 25. Details on neither meeting are known at this time.
Back in September, Saad filed a lawsuit against Odom for damaging his equipment. He’s asking for $15,000 to replace his camera, which Odom broke in response to Saad accusing him of cheating on Kardashian. He’s also asking for $550,000 in other damages.
Odom is reportedly getting back on track following months of drug abuse allegations and marital problems. Kardashian has hinted at his “emotional issues” on recent episodes of E!’s Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
