Mark Wahlberg kind of lost it during a Q&A at the premiere of is film Lone Survivor at the AFI Festival on Tuesday night. He was asked about his portrayal of Petty Officer Marcus Luttrell’s interpretation of a 2005 Navy SEALS mission in Afghanistan.

Wahlberg sat with Petty Officer Luttrell and director Peter Berg while they took questions, but it was Wahlberg’s nearly 5-minute rant that had people talking. When asked about training for the film, Wahlberg said, “For actors to sit there and talk about ‘oh I went to SEAL training’? I don’t give a f-ck what you did.”

Wahlberg could be referring to someone like Tom Cruise, who recently compared filming movies to a tour in Afghanistan.

He added, “You don’t do what these guys did. For somebody to sit there and say my job was as difficult as being in the military? How f-cking dare you, while you sit in a makeup chair for two hours,” EW notes.

Wahlberg talked about his co-stars Emile Hirsch, Taylor Kitsch and Ben Foster, saying he “didn’t have to say a word” to them about their portrayal of the SEALS, it just came naturally.

“I don’t give a sh-t if you get your ass busted. You get to go home at the end of the day,” he continued. “You get to go to your hotel room. You get to order your f-cking chicken. Whatever the f-ck it is. People talk about what do we do to bond the way that those guys bonded. We just knew what they did. It didn’t matter.”

At the end of it, he apologized “I’m sorry for losing my sh-t. Don’t ask any more questions tonight,” he said.
