Finally some action! The stagnant rescue on Neverland finally advanced. The villain-hero rescue team finally show progress towards rescuing Henry or finding an escape route or defeating Pan. The episode is revealing to the secrets and insecurities of the characters. Hook finds love, Emma finds love in someone else, Snow's heart breaks and Charming deal with his fate. The only pair that seems to triumph in the depths of Neverland is those who lock darkness in their hearts, but even the Evil Queen and Rumple find a light in abyss. The light in this episode is none other than the famous little mermaid, Ariel. Of course, Ariel had an unfortunate run in with Regina in the past, but as the Evil Queen begins to find good in herself Ariel agrees to help. Although the episode shows nothing of Henry, the determination ignited in the rescue team finally brings hope to his rescue.
10. Under The Sea
The mermaid with the long, red locks and a fascination with humans finally makes an appearance. Ariel comes into the show to help Snow White escape the Evil Queen in a flashback. The episode leaves the viewer with a love of the little mermaid and an assurance that she is here to stay.
9. The Strength of Friendship
In an attempt to save herself Snow White plunges into the treacherous waters. As the water presses down on her lungs and her body grows wary of swimming, a creature emerges to save the day. It is none other than the beloved character Ariel. To thank the little mermaid for saving her life, Snow helps Ariel attend a ball to meet none other than Prince Eric. In the end, friendship proves to be stronger than love as Ariel once again helps Snow escape the queen.
8. The Shadow of Belle
A chance at true love, a new beginning, a happy family. This is an option for Rumple, explained Belle. The conjured princess attempts to convince Rumple of giving into his dark side. Forget about Bae (Neal) and Henry tempts Belle. With Regina to the rescue, Belle is revealed to be none other than Pan's shadow.

7. To Save Another
Hook informs Snow and Charming that Neal is alive and in Neverland. After a debate of whether to tell Emma, Snow tells her that her true love is alive. The four set out to find and save Neal, putting the search for Henry on hold.

6. Saving Henry Only
Regina disagrees with saving Neal, so she sets off on her own to find Henry. Instead of finding her son, she finds the Dark One yammering to Belle. The duo teams up devise a plot to not kill Pan, but allow Rumple a way home.
5. Goodbye Voice
There is no sea witch to be found, just a myth of the sea goddess Ursula. The Evil Queen steals the voice of Ariel, leaving the mermaid without a voice to call to her true love.
4. A New Love
Hook once held the love of Meela. When Rumple killed his true love, the darkness of revenge sunk into the pirate's heart. But after the steamy kiss with Emma, love has reached the scoundrel's heart again.
3. An Unborn Baby Already Fatherless
Snow reveals in the cave of echos that she loves Emma, but she wants to have another baby. A baby that her and David can actually raise. It is upon this secret that Charming finally reveals his. Charming can never leave Neverland.

2. A Hopeless Love
Emma's secret is that of fear. She tells of how when she heard Neal was alive she hoped he was dead. Emma doesn't want to face their complicated past, but also she is afraid of loving.

1. Is True Love Strong Enough?
Neal and Emma finally reunite. Neal tells Emma he will fight for her and love her unconditionally. The conversation amongst the two is over heard by Hook, who diminishes with hope at every word. It leaves the viewers think the Emma and Hook relationship has yet to cease.
