GQ magazine released their list of the least influential celebrities of 2013 and President Obama, Dennis Rodman, and Miley Cyrus made the cut.

Dennis Rodman topped all the celebrities gaining the number one spot no one wants to be on. The 52-year-old former basketball player is known for visiting Kim Jong Un in North Korea--which has raked up a controversy in the media.

GQ called Rodman a "Q-list celebrity willing to commit borderline treason just to hang out with a dictator who himself aspires to be a Q-list celebrity."

Yahoo, also confirmed that President Obama and Paula Deen were on the list too. Deen made number two on the list, which doesn't come as a surprise considering the negative press she's been receiving for using a racial slur.

GQ placed President Obama at number 17 with "the majority of this man's presidency watching bad things happen, then hearing a thoughtful speech about how we gotta make sure the bad things never happen again, and then watching as nothing gets done."

Former US representative and New York 2013 mayorial canidate, Anthony Weiner, took the third spot following his many sexting scandals.

Not so surprising was Miley Cyrus who took the number six spot. GQ said that she's "basically trying every inane strategy she could think of to rile up America's few remaining pearl clutchers. What's sad is that it totally worked."

Other celebrities who made GQ, "The 25 Least Influential People of 2013" list were Lady Gaga, Will Smith and his family, Tim Tebow, and Justin Beiber.
