Quentin Tarantino is known for many things, being arrogant, strange, quirky, but he never reveals much about his new projects until they're pretty much set in stone. What's rumored to be another western and not having any part with his revenge trilogy, nor will be a sequel or have any correlation with Django Unchained.
According to Rottentomatoes Tarantino appeared on The Tonight Show promoting a new graphic novel surrounding Django Unchained. The only beans he spilled was that his next film is going to be a western, everything else is just speculation.
In a report from Entertainment Weekly Tarantino stated on The Tonight Show that, “I had so much fun doing Django and I love westerns so much. After I taught myself how to make one, it’s like ‘Woo, okay, now let me make another one. Now I know what I’m doing.” Although no release date has been slated yet, nor any other details, it's enough to get fans excited.
