Ryan Seacrest has sold a kids game show to Nickelodeon, ordering 40 episodes of a half-hour studio based series.

The Hollywood Reporter had the exclusive details on the tentatively titled show Go Viral which will test kids on viral videos, from predicting outcomes to guessing their popularity as voted by the studio audience. “Everyone at RSP worked hard to develop a new game show that showcases the way kids consume entertainment today,” said Adam Sher, CEO of Ryan Seacrest Productins, and co-executive producer. “It’s our first series with Nickelodeon, and we’re excited to work with their team, and contribute to their legacy of making groundbreaking kids programming.”

According to The Wrap the show will go into production early next year in Los Angeles for a Summer 2014 premiere. Nickelodeon has a long history of successful game shows dating back to 1995 with the hit Double Trouble, and other popular shows Wild and Crazy Kids and Figure It Out.

Ryan Seacrest Productions has a lucrative resume with several shows on E! including Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Married To Jonas, and Shahs of Sunset.
