The last surviving adult from the I Love Lucy cast, Shirley Mitchell, has passed away. She was 94.

Mithell reportedly died of heart failure at her home in Westwood, Calif. Her sister-in-law, actress Nancy Olson, confirmed to THR that she dies on Nov. 11.

Mitchell appeared in three episodes of the popular sitcom starring Lucille Ball, in the 1953-54 season. She played Lucy's friend Marion, who set Lucy and Ricky (played by Dezi Arnez) on their first date.

According to LA Times, Mitchell was the widow of songwriter Jay Livingston, who co-wrote legendary songs like "Mona Lisa' and "Que Sera."

Mitchell is thought to be the last adult actor from the film to pass away. Ball, the last of the four main roles; Desi Arnaz Sr., Vivian Vance and William Frawley, died in 1989. Keith Thibodeaux, who played Lucy and Desi's son "Little Ricky," is currently 62.
