Tara wakes up to the sound of a motorcycle, thinking that Jax already took the boys. Thomas isn't in his crib, but Jax is holding him in Abel's room. Jax tells Tara that someone will be watching her, and that he will keep some distance between her, or else someone might get hurt.
Over the opening musical montage, the garage is set to reopen and all seems happy at Teller Morrow. Nero meets with Collette about their business venture, as it seems everything is back on track. Galen is stateside, as well. Tara returns to her office, which is completely empty. She completely breaks down.
Clay speaks with the IRA's man inside while he's on his book rounds. Clay's trial has been moved up within the next week, which puts the break out in question. Clay tells the Irishman to have Galen reach out to Jax so they can work something out.
Tara tells Margaret that Lowen told Jax everything. Margaret fears for her life, and is ready to use up her vacation time to get out of Charming until this blows over.
Jax meets with Nero and Collette. They got their escort license and business is soon to open. Jax asks Collette if he can crash there for a few days, but as Jax and Collette go to walk up to her room, the Sons and Gemma walk in. Gemma tells Jax that Clay asked to see her that afternoon, and that it's likely about Galen being in town. Before they all leave Diosa del Sur, Jax fills everyone in on the Tara situation. Jax genuinely apologizes to Gemma for not believing, and to Nero as well.
Jax and the guys meet with Galen and Connor. Galen tells Jax that Clay's trail has been moved up, and he's being transported tomorrow. Galen's only problem is with the moved up timeline, he can't get his crew to California in time. He requests the club's help to break Clay out. Jax is reluctant, but he knows that doing this will get the MC out of guns. Jax and the guys leave the warehouse and he'd to meet with the Italians, the last group they need to get to commit to Clay.
Jax goes to meet with Jimmy Cacuzza. Galen hops out of the car, to Jax and Jimmy's surprise. Just as Jimmy is testing out the guns, the Chinese arrive as well. Galen promptly turns his rifle on the Chinese and guns two of them down. Lin gets out of there quick. Galen and Jimmy come to terms, and after Galen leaves, Jax wonders how he's going to smooth things over with the Chinese before things blow up in Oakland.
Gemma heads to the house and walks in to see Tara hiding a gun in her purse. Gemma tells Tara how she's alienated herself, that she has no one now. Tara claims she has her family, but Gemma shoots that down pretty quick. Gemma knows that Jax won't let Tara take his boys away. Betrayal is the worst thing anyone could do to Jax, and it's not something he'll take lightly. Gemma then tells Tara that she will not be raising her boys, and how she responds in this moment will determine if the boys are told "mommy moved away" or "mommy passed away."
Patterson receives a call from Jax, and Jax thanks her for the license for the escort service. Jax tells Patterson that he'll be able to give her Galen within 48 hours, but they'll meet tomorrow to iron out the details. As the Sons ride back into town, they are tailed by some Chinese gang members.
The Chinese open fire on the Sons. The guy shooting doesn't seem to be a very good shot at all. Jax goes to drive through a fence, but get tangled up and falls off his bike. The rest of the guys stop to help him, but then are surrounded by many Chinese with automatic weapons.
Lin doesn't want Jax dead, he wants the gun business that the Sons are giving up to the Irish. Jax tells Lihn that Galen's shipment will coming in tomorrow, and that he'll get the Chinese the location. Lihn takes Happy as a bargaining chip.
Tara gets back to the hospital and sees Juice sitting in the hallway. She asks him what he's doing there, and he replies, somewhat sarcastically, that he always goes to a hospital after someone runs him over, which Tara did not too long before that while Juice was tailing her. She asks where Jax is, and Juice promptly gives her the address for Diosa del Sur, and drops Collette's name as well.
At Gemma's request, Nero and Wayne go to check on Wendy. After some failed bonding time in the car, they get to Wendy's apartment, and see smoke coming from under the door. Nero busts the door down. Wendy is lying on the floor and her kitchen is about to go up in flames. Nero takes care of the fire, then he and Wayne drag Wendy outside. Wayne checks on Wendy for smoke damage, but it's the drugs she just pumped into her system that knocked her out.
Gemma heads to the prison to see Clay. Clay gives Gemma a letter of intent to hand over to her all of his assets, because after he gets broken out, filing for divorce isn't a viable option.
Jax, Chibbs and Tig get to Diosa. Jax tells the guys to unwind, that they have a big day tomorrow. Collette tells Jax that he needs to unwind as well, and leads him upstairs to her room. Tara walks in and asks for Collette, but a girl says that she's with a client. Tara knows it's Jax and busts in the room to see Collette on top of her husband. Tara grabs the escort and starts beating the hell out of her. Jax rips her off, then chases her outside. Tara pulls her gun out when Jax tries to talk to her. Tara has completely unraveled.
Later that night, Tara goes to see Patterson. She wants to take Patterson's deal, but that deal is no longer on the table. Tara just wants her boys to be safe, but Patterson tells her that other things are pending. Patterson offers her help with protecting the boys, but Tara walks out of the room, coldly replying that no one can help her.
